I am a 24 year old college student who suffers from compulsive overeating. Since my weight has been a burden on my life, which feels like forever, i have lost many passions of my life including Soccer, Stage Performance, and even pieces of my personality. I wants to start over and find health and fitness through exercise, healthy food choices, and help from a local support group. For the first time in my life of yo yo dieting, moments of strength and times I have fallen, I truly feel that this is my time to succeed. My Plan? To lose the 50lbs I have not been able to escape for years. Starting at 205lbs, I will make my way towards 155lbs and eventually the weight in which I feel most happy. I do not look at this like a diet(verb), but as a way of eating for the rest of my life. Here we go!
Weight Related Goals:
• Be under 200 lbs: completed 01/11/2011
• Leave the Medically 'Obese' zone (under 29.9 BMI)
• Weigh under 180 pounds.
• Leave the Medically ' Overweight' zone (under 24.9 BMI)
• Lose 50 lbs
• Find my comfort weight
• Be in Athletic Shape.
• Play Soccer again.
• Flirt with a guy for fun. 01/22/2011
• Run a Mile nonstop.
• Swim Across a fair sized lake.
• Ride my bike to Burning Man.
• Fit into a C cup bra
• Fit into my old jeans (size 12)
• Fit into my prom dress (tried it 3/20/11!)
• Have my inner thighs not rub against each other when I walk
• Wear a bikini on the beach without feeling horrible.
• Beat my backstroke swim time from high school.
• Don't think about food compulsively for a whole day.
General Goals:
• Preform my own music
• Read More Books (so far so good)
• Take more photographs
• Be Happy
• Sing in front of others
• Write a new song
